I am 68 years old and my husband has Dementia .We are unable and unqualified to perform any household repairs. I needed the following done:
Install hand rail from kitchen to living room. He dropped and broke a bolt and I had to go the hardware store for replacement.
Bedroom closet door not closing . He instructed me to take a picture of the hinge and go to the hardware store and they would help me.
Hand rail in bathroom to be installed but only could find one stud and now I have an extra hole in my dry wall.
Fan in bathroom needing to be replaced. I purchased the wrong fan but instead of telling me this was not going to fit. He proceeded to pull and tear and bend the... read full review

My Sister In Law had work done by Patriot. Put in a new sink and fixtures. Great work. Quick, Clean and looked Awesome! Have helpful suggestions and even gave us a tip about some crappy trim. ( which we hired him for 5 minutes later) John was great. I’m glad I was there to see him rock it out for Sis.
