We visited the MSI showroom at the suggestion of a remodeling company and we were blown away! We just walked in on a Saturday morning without an appointment and we were quickly accommodated and taken for the countertop slab tour with clipboard and pen in hand to mark our favorites. Lacey greeted us at the door and was so sweet, answering all of our questions. We were blown away with the large samples we were given not only of the countertops but the flooring as well! They also emailed our preferences to the remodeling company we are thinking of using so they can incorporate our choices into the quote. Overall great customer service and product selection!

My wife and I are in the midst of a bathroom addition to our home and were encouraged by our local Marble and Tile store to visit the MSI showroom in Valley View. We visited on April 23 and had the pleasure of meeting and working with Lacy C. Between Lacy's energy, knowledge of and experience with the huge assortment of natural and manmade products, combined with the slab room experience the trip to the MSI showroom made narrowing down our wishlist much much easier. We are glad that we were encouraged to visit the MSI showroom and also for the opportunity to work with Lacy.
