Spencer Gray listened to my concerns due to not being in a financial situation right now to commit to a project, but I needed assistance with that panel banging and I just needed to know further damage could be avoided by getting it secured. Spencer did not hesitate to get his ladder, hammer and nails. He did a temporary fix and I wasn’t charged for his professionalism and most importantly, his kindness! “When I was was mad I said they were totally irresponsible. They put up a warped fascia board last summer, leaving a 1" gap in some places. They sent a guy out to try caulking it but it was too wide to do that. They said they'd redo it, but five months and several phone calls later, nothing has been done. Edit December 8th. It took some talking but Tony finally got someone out to work on it. It turns out that we actually would have needed a more extensive (and expensive) repair, but the first crew just put up a board and left and didn't say anything. The guy that came yesterday worked on it, explained it well, and doctored it up to where it's acceptable. I imagine they usually do ok, I had bad luck.“
