I brought Lily in for a nail trim and a vaccine, and I’m so grateful for the kindness she was shown. Even though she didn’t see the vet this time, the staff made her feel safe and cared for. They were gentle, patient, and reassuring—everything a pet parent hopes for when handing their little one over. Thank you for treating Lily with such compassion and making a simple visit feel comforting and stress-free for both of us.

I liked them before, but we called today to ask how to keep a healing wound clean on a puppy. We had to take the puppy to an emergency vet yesterday because this office wasn't open and that's fine. The emergency vet took care of the puppy and told us to follow up with our normal vet. Pet clinic of urbana wouldn't help(this is the office we go to). They said "I don't know" and asked why we aren't calling the emergency vet to ask. Rude people at this clinic!

I am extremely dissatisfied in the care received for my dogs during our visit with a traveling vet at the clinic. Paid full cost for services when only partial services were completed, proper medication not prescribed in a timely manner. Despite this I thought I would try again since it wasn’t the established veterinary we saw, however, today after my very poor and disrespectful interaction with the office manager there is no way I would return to this establishment or recommend them to anyone. The young ladies in the front reception area today were kind, patient and respectful.

The staff and Dr. Erin are wonderful with our 2 dogs. They have the patience of saints when it comes to puppy mill dogs that are scared and timid. I wouldn't take my fur babies to anyone else!

I want to share my review so nobody has the same experience that we had. We have a four month old puppy who we took in for an x ray and it was determined he had broken his leg. The first option was a 4-5K surgery which we could not afford so they offered amputation which was $1400. We thankfully decided to get a second opinion at Southgate Veterinary Clinic and the vet was confused why those were the options we were given and said our puppy only needs a cast for a few weeks. Looking at our puppy being able to run around now it saddens me that he was very close to having one less leg. To know that he just needed a simple cast I feel they are inexperienced or just wanted our money. I will not be returning.
