My washer quit working. Kevin came out and assessed the problem. He was so nice. The price to repair it was going to be the same as buying a new one. Kevin was very honest with me and told me it would not be worth the repair. I will definitely call them again if I need service.

Mr. Snyder runs a well organized and capable service. He answers your request for help messages within the time frame promised, schedules work diligently and arrives on time or even early when you can agree to it. This is our 4th use of his services, he has always had necessary parts with him including two refrigerator, one microwave and this our recent clothes dryer repair. He is honest about what needs to be done and when it is time for a new appliance. We will definitely call on him anytime we need appliance help.

Mr. Snyder and his son arrived within the time frame given and repaired my microwave without any fuss, was very careful of what they were doing and completed the job, tested the micro and when everything was to their satisfaction , cleaned up and left me a happy camper. Would rate higher if I could. My washer went out and there are very few appliance repair people in Springfield. Kevin was knowledgeable, friendly and quick with the repair. Very reasonably priced, 10/10 would recommend and will use again for other appliance repairs.
