What I really appreciated was that they CALLED YOU BACK!!! We have called for help in different areas through the years and it is refreshing to have a business actually respond. Kevin was very polite and explained what was needed and the cost associated with the repair.He got the parts and repaired our stove in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company.
