I had called ahead to make sure that this salon does SNS powder nail removal-- they made an appointment for me. I was greeted when I walked in and told to go wait for the nail tech. She began soaking my nails, filing the coating off and putting them in aluminum foil. Only after about 20 minutes did I realize she had no experience and no idea how to get SNS powder off. She continued to try filing my nails and soaking them for about another 10 minutes, 30 minutes in total. I had to suggest a tool for her to use because she had never done it before and unfortunately the salon didn't have the tool to get them off. So, I went to a cheap hair place (will remain anonymous) and got a distorted pixie cut. Well, I wanted it fixed.... Then I went to Square One Salon on Brown St. and the stylist fixed it. Also, got a complimentary face massage, hot towel on my face and neck, relaxing head wash and a wonderful hair cut. True art work. She fixed it. I do not remember her name, but she has beautiful purple hair. And the price was low, so I bought hair products. I recommend this place.
