Today I went in to get a manicure and pedicure. I was overdue for it. These ladies were so nice and made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. They work very hard and do such a wonderful job. I am very happy thank you for taking the time to care about me. The massage chairs are nice as well.

I have always drove to Springfield to get my nails done. One day I didn't have time to go there so I decided to try this nail salon right up from my home. I now refuse to go anywhere else. 1st off, all 3 of the women that work in here are so lovely! I enjoy any service i get done here. They recently got new pedicure chairs in and they are comfy. They go above and beyond on any service. The pedicures are fantastic every single time. The lady that does them, always checks and makes sure you are comfortable and that she's doing it how you like.

I made an appt for 11:00 and when I arrived there was only one person working with 1 person for a mani and 3 for pedi (I was the 4th) I said I have an 11:00 appt (the others were walk ins that arrived prior to me) she completely ignored that and proceeded to work on everyones feet like an assembly line. Even though I had an appt I was the last person finished. Im not sure what the purpose of making an appt served.
