“Best experience ever! Today was my first time here, and everyone was so nice:)
I saw the esthetician, Olivia, for an eyebrow wax. I'm a transgender woman and haven't had facial feminization surgery yet, so I was looking for something to help feminize my face. Olivia asked me questions to figure out what I was looking for and developed a plan. She took my vague list of needs and expertly turned them into fantastic results! I couldn't have been more pleased with how things turned out:) She also gave me helpful aftercare instructions and brow makeup suggestions.
I was a little nervous before coming here, and that's not Kenneth's fault. Unfortunately, not all businesses are trans-friendly, so I've learned to be a little guarded. Unless a business advertises itself as being LGBTQ-welcoming, you never know if it will be an issue until you go for the first time. I was pleasantly relieved as soon as I arrived and was addressed by my preferred name. I felt like I was treated as well as any other client.
Bonus: The table Olivia uses for her clients is heated, which felt sooooo good.”
