“Amazing tailoring work but caused a panic attack because I had called on Wednesday to double check that my suit would be ready during business hours on the scheduled day (Thursday) and she said it would be, so I went down during the forty minutes a day that I could be there (I am a teacher AND was running the school book fair single-handedly that day for twelve hours straight for so my availability was extremely limited) and they were closed. And I called my school and said I’d be a bit late coming back from my forty minute plan period, and I stayed at the tailor for 45 minutes straight, and by the time I left they still weren’t open, even though she had said on the phone that any time that day during her hours would work, and it was definitely during her hours. So my friend had to pick up my suit hours later, which was unfortunate because you can only pay with cash or check, so she had to make an extra stop at the ATM first, and it was also unfortunate because that meant I couldn’t try it on before paying. However, the fit was immaculate and the suit was perfectly tailored, and the woman was very nice when I dropped the suit off, so even with all of that, it’s still 4 stars.“

“These folks are exceptional. I have a dog that likes to chew couch cushions on a very expensive couch, and had multiple cushions that were damaged and needed repaired. I called three to five places in the city, before I found European Tailoring. No one else would even take a look at what I had. The owner took on our project and had the cushions back to me within a week. They look great! Going forward, these guys are my go-to tailoring house.“

“If I could give six stars I would! I came in to the area early on a Tuesday. I dropped off two suits and a dress shirt. The attendant told me I could pick up Friday before 3p. I asked if she could do anything better than that. She said, Thursday before 3p. I asked for Thursday before noon because I was leaving the area by then. After my own admission of failure in foresight on my part, without any hesitation she said I would be notified THE NEXT DAY of my suits completed accompanied with a warm smile. As Wednesday went on, I waited for a text to inform me my order was ready. Instead I got a phone call. It was from James. He told me that he was informed I was traveling and was leaving the Columbus area Thursday. He asked which hotel I was staying at to personally deliver my suits. I initially said I could just stop by the store first thing in the morning before leaving and he said that would be fine, but he was also more than willing to drop it off to the front desk of my hotel. At this point in the day, it was evening and the store was closed. That kind of customer service for someone whom they know isn't a regular customer, nor a guarantee that I will be coming through the area any time soon or at all, is phenomenal. I just wanted to personally thank the team at Swan Cleaners for going far beyond expectations. The suits were in perfect condition and the shirt was pressed like new. Again, a thank you to the team and a strong recommendation to others.“

“I had a wedding guest dress that I needed altered in one week. It was completed on time, and when I tried it on at home (without my heels on) I wasn’t sure if I liked it. I called and expressed my concerns and they offered to stay open late for me to be able to come in and have it back to me the next day so I could still wear it for the wedding. When I went back in and tried it on with my heels, I loved how elegant it looked. I was so busy and stressed that I panicked before trying it on with my shoes and took it out on the man who did the alterations. The only thing he expressed was patience, and I could not be more grateful. Truly cares about his customers and is willing to do whatever it takes for them to be satisfied with his work. A real class act & well-run business!“
