Dublin Cleaners is a forerunner in dry cleaning, keeping their team up to date on the latest cleaning methods. With one central plant fed by five stores and over 2,500 home delivery clients, they classify garments and have staff focus on the care of specific fabrics, shades, and colors. Dublin Cleaners offers great service, flexible scheduling, and tremendous value. Customers praise the genuine customer service, with reviewers highlighting the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. They were amazed by the ability to remove tire dirt and oil from white pants, and the speed of their service. Reviews also mention the welcoming personalities of the employees, with staff described as "outstanding" and "very welcoming." The owner and folks who serve customers go out of their way to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. While one instance had a dress not turn out right, Dublin Cleaners worked with the customer to resolve the matter. New customers were drawn by a marketing piece, finding the staff efficient and friendly. Shirts came out just right, and the green hangers are a nice touch.
Took two of my wife's summer sleeveless dresses in for only a press. The clerk quoted my total as 18.00. Picked them up three days later and was charged 31.21. When I asked why it was so much more than originally quoted she had no answer. I texted Dublin Cleaners the same day but got no response. I guess I won't be back. UPDATE: Following the pricing confusion I received a call from the cleaners who acknowledged the confusion and offered to make it right. They showed great attention to my satisfaction, and were eager to make me a return customer. A great example of how to run a business and I have amended my 2 star review to a well deserved 5 stars.

This place is great! They held onto my comforters as I didn’t pick them up for a couple of months! The service was friendly as can be! Definitely will continue to use them for our dry cleaning and washing needs in the future!

Such a great experience with Dublin Cleaners! They professionally cleaned my wedding gown and did a great job. Margaret was a delight to work with and Greg worked miracles on stains that sat on my dress for over 6 months. Highly recommend these folks!
