I have never been more compelled to write a positive review than I am now about Uniontown Septic Tanks. We recently bought a house with a septic tank installed by Uniontown and discovered the alarm going off and light flashing on a Sunday night. I called and left a message expecting a call back after 8 am on Monday and was pleasantly surprised to get a call back around 7:10 am instead. They immediately got me on the schedule for that day and a few hours later Maddie called to explain everything that was going on, how they were going to fix it and answered all my questions very thoroughly. Service was great I called around 1:30pm the service supervisor got someone out around 3pm. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He went straight to the issue and resolved the problem. Thank you for the great service.
We were having issues with our septic, called them and they had someone out the next day. Maddie was our technician - she was GREAT!! I had a lot of questions, and she was more than happy to explain everything. Will definitely use them again!
