Radon Eliminator installed a radon
mitigation system at our Middleburg Heights, Ohio home in 1 day. John Hunt the licensed radon tech was one of the best contractors we have ever worked with in our 50 years of home ownership. His responce was immediate, his installation work was as near perfect as one could ask. In addition he really cares about making sure you are satisfied with the experience of working with him and his company and that your home is free from the dangers of radon. I have already recommended him to two of our friends.
So, I called several Radon removal companies in Canton/Akron. All ghosted me once they saw my basement was a dual level and would be difficult. These guys came out and (Ben I believe his name was) told me it would be a bit more difficult than a normal job, but doable. Had to pay a little more for two fans instead of one, but they came out and did a fantastic job in one day. Looks great. Also, they were really honest. They accidentally dropped a pipe on my washing machine, and gave me a sizable discount on the whole project. Being honest, I didn’t even notice any damage, so their professionalism and honesty gives this company a 5 star review!!
**Update- Can’t thank Sarah and Ben enough for making things right! Sarah had reached out to resolve issue, was very responsive. Ben was out within 24hrs. He was polite, informative, made sure I was satisfied with the resolution and there is no more sound. The fan is back to normal! Thank you both again for making things right!
**Update - My fan was installed in April of 2023, it went bad in March 2024 and started making a loud noise. It was never inspected just assumed that it was a bad fan. I waited two months, fan replaced and it’s still making the loud noise. The answer, these larger fans make loud noises. It never made a loud noise prior hence why I called....read full review
