Lauren is awesome! I started going to her to help with a pinched nerve in my neck that was waking me up multiple times a night. She was able to relax tense muscles in my neck and shoulders so that I am able to sleep most nights with no issues. Now I continue to see Lauren every 3 to 4 weeks more for relaxation. She is awesome!
