Lauren is awesome! I started going to her to help with a pinched nerve in my neck that was waking me up multiple times a night. She was able to relax tense muscles in my neck and shoulders so that I am able to sleep most nights with no issues. Now I continue to see Lauren every 3 to 4 weeks more for relaxation. She is awesome!

I am so happy to have found a great massage therapist since moving to the area. I definitely look forward to my monthly massages with Lauren and always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. She has a calming manner and after a few visits knows which areas need targeted the most. Her space is well maintained and I appreciate the tranquil touches such as the water fountain, essential oil diffuser, and warm towel afterward to remove excess lotion.
