I was blown away by the cleanliness of the facility, the quality of the equipment, and the friendliness of the staff. They treated me with respect in every way imaginable, helped me understand my somewhat vague insurance policy, and even turned on the heated massage dental chair. Yeah, I found my dentist!
All I can say is WOW... Dr. Mead and his team are the most thorough and kind group of individuals I have met in the dental industry. Every step of the way I felt welcome, and informed. This is the first time I am excited to have a new dentist and looking forward to my next visit. They have invested heavily in their business, both financially and experientially. They clearly care about their profession, their practice and their customers. I can't recommend them enough!
Everyone in the office is so nice and very knowledgeable!!! Dr. Mead came highly recommended, so my whole family switched to his practice. I’m very happy that we did, it has been a great experience thus far!!
