They simply don’t return calls. I have never had a doctor’s office never answer the phone nor return calls. Don’t think I’ll be seen there anymore. Terrible patient care and service

I love Dr.Doty as a provider. She dug deeper into some things she saw on my bloodwork to make sure there was nothing else going on and I really appreciate that. However anyone else I have had interactions with such as nurse visits or even her medical assistant are just rude. If I didn’t like Dr.Doty as much as I do I’d probably go elsewhere.

Went to this facility to address my blood pressure issue. Never saw a doctor-just a PA. Priscilla Hood prescribed medication without knowing any medical history and before I even had a blood test. As a result-the medication damaged my kidneys and I ended up hospitalized for five days. So now I have damaged kidneys and a $5000 hospital bill all thanks to the incompetence of Priscilla Hood. I filed a grievance with AGMC and was basically told I was out of luck (should have known they would care more about their liability than the patients health) and it was my fault that I was almost killed by her incompetence. So take my advice and give this facility and Priscilla Hood a wide berth unless you too want to end up in the hospital because of someone's incompetence. AGMC is controlled by Cleveland Clinic which I always thought was the gold standard of medical care. As soon as they started putting profitability over patient care-the standards sank and I wouldn't feel comfortable recommending them to anyone.
