I’ve been able to schedule around my ever changing schedule and even checked in the next day after one of my sessions to make sure I wasn’t too sore. With my kids home for winter break it was SO convenient that she comes to my house for therapy! She was great with advising me on how to adapt my exercises and activity levels for an out of town trip during recovery to make sure I was continuing the healing and strengthening process but also able to enjoy my time and activities with my family!
