I went through chemo and had crazy Einstein hair, so I asked for a Jamie Lee Curtis short do, complete with pictures.The student understood but the teacher had other ideas and did whatever she wanted. I told her multiple times I didn't like it, she told me she liked it and didn't care, I explained the only opinion that mattered was mine. She walked away leaving me with a horrible mess atop my head and a very apologetc student that didn't know how to help me. She clipped off the ridiculous sideburns because I asked for scissors to do it myself.I voiced my displeasure when checking out, received blank stares. Worst color I've ever had. The student who did my hair was super sweet and I'm trying to keep in mind that she is still learning, but my hair looks horrible and now I have to spend more money to get it fixed professionally. $62 down the drain and orange hair until I get into the salon.
