Crown Hill Cemetery

It's been a few years since I visited the cemetery to find my grandmother's headstone was sunken. I was so upset when I reached the office. However, the manager, Stefanie, and her sales counselor, Dan, worked quickly to locate the stone and get the grounds crew fixing it. I appreciate how quickly your grounds department worked and both of your hard work in responding so kindly. I look forward to my pre-needs meeting with Dan next week.

Just visited Crown Hill cemetery in Twinsburg, OH where we purchased a lawn crypt over 30 years ago.. Now that we're getting closer in age to actually using it, we thought it would be good to re-check our final resting place. We were pretty sure we found our future grave site, but stopped in the office to verify. A wonderful gentleman got us a detailed map of our section, and marked where our site was. He also offered to verify what we had prepaid. I can't say enough about how helpful and friendly he was. We had been in the right area, and went back to find our exact spot. This is a beautiful cemetery. Many loved ones are resting here in peace. When there was damage to a headstone of my parents grave, I went to the office and sent directly to Eddie. He looked at my picture and got the information and assured me it would be fixed promptly. I'll be back to check on the progress.
