Dope salesman came to my house and is going to help me out with the hornets and wasps. His name was Dane Lapine. Very professional and personable. He was a very built young man who knew what he was talking about.

My husband and I had a rep stop by, Fernando, while we were sitting outside. He was friendly and polite, not pushy. I can empathize with those in the sales and understand they have to follow a pitch, including responding to objections, and we weren't offended by this at all. In the end, while we didn't need any service, we would definitely consider Aptive solely based on our positive interaction with Fernando.

Sales rep was the door to door type, I normally turn these away pretty quick but he talked to my wife first. She has been wanting to get our yard treated for awhile now so we heard him out. He was nice and not pushy, answered my probing questions, we agreed to terms and service and they had someone out that day. Service tech was polite and patiently answered my questions about how what he was doing was fulfilling the agreement. If the service continues this way (and the product works) it’ll be well worth it.
