I work with children for a living and I can tell you that the patience and care you get from the instructors is unmatched. My child was very nervous and cried the first couple classes. Ms. Sarah went out of her way to make sure that he felt comfortable and was enjoying the class.
Having a child who struggles with his gross motor skills this is a great and fun way to get him moving and working on those skills. Even though we have only been attending a couple months it has been such a great experience and is something we will keep him in for years to come.

My Son has been taking kids BJJ and looks so forward to each and every class....Talks about he can't wait to start moving up with different belts.The folks at Troy Ma are amazing, I'd definitely recommend them over and over

Troy Ma is ran by top notch instructors and great people, I'd highly recommend it for everyone of all ages, my son just started and I hear about it everyday and he can't wait to attend more.
