Last month I purchased a bouquet of flowers that were supposed to be like the bouquet already made up in the cooler. The bouquet was to be delivered to The Caroline in Troy for my daughter's birthday. The delivery was great but the bouquet was more than 1/3rd the size smaller than the one that was in the cooler. My daughter didn't know the difference and loved what she got. Needless to say my wife and I were disappointed in what we're looking at. I reflected my displeasure on their web site. Our church has called on Trojan Florists for years. They are always kind, they pay attention to detail, and they are efficient. We often place orders over the phone with them. They always send us confirmation as to when our order has been delivered. They are great to work with!
