This is a very nice facility with nice beds. you actually get a nice quick tan from these beds that are obviously well kept. It's a shame that the Piqua location isn't as well kept, meaning: many beds accessories such as the fan, radio, etc do not work. It is always very hot in the facility. The A/C itself sometimes doesn't work. Also, if you ever have a complaint, the manager will not call you back. Staff have even complained about this problem. It is worth the drive to the Troy location vs the Piqua one even with the crazy gas prices!!

Fantastic staff!, very friendly and helpful. Extremely clean beds and rooms. Beds always seem to have new strong bulbs. Prices are better than most other places, plus there are 5(?) locations, some are even open much later. They are the most convenient beds around. There are many different kinds of beds to choose from. So, if you are a first-time customer, get the package that allows you to try all the beds once, for an extremely low price. The 'Elite' bed, nicknamed the "disco-bed", is my favorite... It feels grrrreat

Staff is always super sweet. Beds are always clean and bulbs changed frequently. Great hours that they are open. Also excellent prices from the packages to the price on the tanning lotions!
