Dr. Bakos is great for acne treatments and is very professional, however stay away from him for cosmetic procedures. He did a punch excision on my cheek that failed and left a hole. I trusted him to do the CO2 laser back in 2021 to get rid of acne scars. I now regret it due to having several grid scars left behind on my cheeks.

Very rude staff. Tried to make an appointment - but was told I owed money, no big deal. Transferred me to billing who couldn't see what I owed and would call me back. Never called back. I called to try to schedule an appointment again but was told again that I couldn't since money is owed but no one was in billing and no one could help and then was hung up on. Called back and the lady said "I'm going to hang up on you..." not what I want in a practice. Will find another dermatologist.
