I had an appointment this morning to have a few spots looked at that I thought might be cancerous. When I got there I was running three minutes late and I was about in a panic because I was supposed to be 10 minutes early. The staff could not have been any friendlier! They were all so so sweet and had they made me reschedule, they would have been perfectly in the right to do so, but they didn’t! Doctor and nursing staff are great. The older lady at the front desk has the personality of mud. She is very rude and definitely should not be working in the customer service field.
The staff and Nurse practitioner were so kind and extremely helpful. I have additional medical issues and had an episode as soon as I walked in the door. The staff was kind and offered help immediately. Very happy environment, and the office was clean.
