“February 20: The green team came today. They were exceptional as ever. They were able to clean the carpets and make the bathrooms smell lovely. They picked up the clutter and chaos that comes from children. They were fast. A whole house in very little time. Affordable too. Good with kids. I’d recommend them in a pinch.

I have started using The Maids of Butler and Warren Counties back in February and have been thoroughly impressed. As a mom of four little kids, I’ve really needed extra TLC for the house and the Maids have been exceptional at giving that.

Things I’ve liked so far:

The little extra details: They make all the beds on top of cleaning all the rooms. It’s one of the little touches that makes coming home to a clean house so nice. They also organize all the kids’ toys, which means my kids get really excited at seeing their play room organized. They also vacuumed the closet of my master bedroom, which was unexpected and lovely.

Going above and beyond: There were two separate stains in two bathrooms upstairs. They were able to successfully get rid of one. For the other, when they couldn’t get rid of it (it was the toilet seat cover) they replaced the seat. I didn’t imagine that was an option, but they were quick to address the issue.

Very fast: We have a 2800 square foot house and with four kids six and under living there, the place gets a bit messy. That being said, they are able to make our house look almost brand new in the space of a few hours.

Reliable: I really have felt that this is a company I can trust. They have had managers come to make sure workers are doing their job (they are) and they work around the craziness of the house with lots of ease and finesse.

Budget friendly: For the service provided, I feel fortunate to have found this company. It’s nice to know that our house gets thoroughly cleaned.

Potential Changes:

I really appreciate this company and would definitely give it my recommendation. I think the two things I would want to see changed not just for this company but for all cleaning services in general.

Text reminder of service before hand. As a mom of four, scheduling is the biggest source of stress and I have come to rely on text messages before hand for every thing I schedule.

Chemicals being switched to natural solutions. Perhaps this is just me being anal, but as someone who has little kids, I’d like to try and move more towards natural solutions like essential oils. I’m not certain what chemicals are being used but other than that, I’ve been really grateful for this company.

EDIT: The MAIDS have been responsive by calling to alert me for when they are coming to clean. And they have in general been responsive to my requests. Definitely recommend.“
