We had preplanned at Walker and then met with them to confirm the arrangements. Parker, Amber and Wendell were very professional and helpful. We had special requests and all of them were honored. The room was arranged beautifully and people commented on it. There was someone to greet guests at the door, professionally dressed and inviting them to the room. They dealt with the cemetery which was a challenged as the cemetery is very hard to deal with so Walker smoothed that over. We also were offered the support dog and we took advantage of that; people commented that they thought the dog was a comfort particularly for the young children that were in attendance. We recently entrusted Walker Funeral Home, with caring for our beloved mom after her passing and their service was truly second to none. From the very beginning, we were met with genuine compassion, professionalism, and attention to every detail. I was incredibly impressed by the kindness of the staff and how they treated our family like their own. And one of the hardest moments of our lives, we felt supported, comforted and surrounded by care. I would highly recommend Walker Funeral Home to anyone needing funeral services, they handled everything with grace and heart and we are forever grateful.
The funeral director Parker was amazing through the whole process. It was the worst thing that has ever happened to us, losing our baby boy. Parker went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for him, and we were even blessed enough to have some last memories with our son. The attention to details were absolutely incredible and so special, I will never forget it! I would 100% recommend this funeral home to anyone who needs it, you will be in very good hands.
