Called in the morning when they opened and they got me in mid morning. Waited about an hour but who cares, same day appointment. Dr was quick found the issue and I was out the door. Eye dilation sucks but whatever. Great experience.

The 2 doctor's i have here are awesome! Doc Obrock is the Best, I'm so glad I've found her and trust her with my eye's! Doc Coleman is a awesome doc, she just did my cataracts and im telling you I was scared to death but these 2 lady's helped me get over my fear and im soo glad they did! I can see again ;)

I had to book an emergency same day appointment yesterday July 16th. I called when they opened at 8:00 am, the receptionist put me on hold to find out which doctor would be best to treat my condition, they had an opening at 1:40. Everybody was friendly and engaging, the receptionist and techs were both kind and explained things clearly. For example, where the waiting room was, and how to take the medicine, also book follow up appt. Dr Harooni was great and relieved my fear about my eye healing and made sure the drops I was prescribed didn't have Neomycin, because I am allergic to it. I was a new patient, but I am in the Promedica system.
