Twin Oaks Cleaners

Their alterations person ruined my garment by losing two of 8 sleeve buttons, then the remaining buttons were sewn on crooking and stacked on each other. they failed to attach the inner sleeve to the jacket so the fabric is just hanging loose. the wrong color thread was used to sew up the sleeve. I was refunded however be warned their alterations department is lacking sewing skills.

I like the environmental friendly products they use. Never any dry cleaning smell. They have always done a great job of cleaning and altering my garments. The ladies at the front are always helpful and pleasant. They even call when I forget to pick something up! I am grateful they are in the neighborhood.

The lady there is very friendly and I’ve never had a problem with anything there. They do alterations just don’t go to champion cleaners and South Avenue. They’re good reviews mostly are from their friends if you look on their Facebook site, their friends. Because I attempted to go there and had a very bad experience I went to Twin Oaks, where I used to go. I moved so I wanted to go closer but travel in just a little further to Twin Oaks on South Avenue was a good choice.
