Tommy's Express® Car Wash in Toledo, OH provides a quick and efficient car washing experience all year round, regardless of weather conditions. With a mission to enrich lives, add value, and serve the community, Tommy's Express offers a variety of services, including free vacuums and mat washers.
The car wash equipment, including the bridges and sprayers, is in excellent condition, and the staff is known for being friendly and helpful. Customers have praised the energy and customer service from the manager, Tommy, and another employee, Ahmed. The standout conveyor belt system carries cars through the wash, making the process smooth and efficient.
While the quality of the wash is impressive, some customers have mentioned that the line for the only cashier lane available for non-members can be quite long. To avoid this, the business encourages downloading the Tommy's Express app and signing up for a TommyClub® membership, allowing access to other lanes without interacting with a cashier.
Despite occasional inconveniences, many customers are pleased with the service and the cleanliness of their cars after the first wash. The polishing services have also received positive feedback. Overall, Tommy's Express Car Wash is recognized as one of the best car washes in the area, thanks to its dedicated staff and quality service.
I had an incredible experience getting my car cleaned here. The entire process was so smooth, and the technology they use left my vehicle looking like it just rolled off the showroom floor. The staff was super helpful and friendly, and it was nice to get a high-quality wash without having to spend all day waiting around. I will definitely be making this my go-to spot whenever my car needs a good scrub.
Best car wash in town this place gets pretty busy at times I recommend you getting a membership so you can just pull through the App lines. No more lining, your tires up on a conveyor pull on the Mat and go they have plenty of free vacuums and free carmat washers as well
Such a great experience. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome right away. My car was pretty dirty going in, and it came out looking amazing. Also thank you too Nick for explaining how the Matt washer works. Oh and Tommy for helping me get on the belt right. And Sylvia for helping me at the window. Love the work y’all do help up the good work.
