This is a neighborhood business that cares about their clients and their community. They just had a community barbecue and invited everybody in the neighborhood. This is a great bunch of people and I will be recommending them to everyone I can.

Been bringing my car here for a couple years now. They always get me in and out pretty timely. I don’t feel like I’m getting scammed on prices and they give good advice and options without me feeling I’m being pressured to get other things done I don’t really need. Every interaction has been wonderful.

Gracious professionalism!Being stranded is never fun. 220 miles from home at midnight? That's more like the stuff nightmares are made of!Josh and Nick, of Toledo Elite Automotive came to my aid. They not only arrived in a timely manner, they also took the time to check out my car on scene and offered to make repairs instead of leaving me to sit at a closed shop overnight.They were very kind and had this old woman back on the road in under an hour.I so appreciate their honest and fair practices and pricing. (Let's face it, not all auto repair places are above board when dealing with women.) These guys were great and didn't even complain about all my chatter.... read full review
