Gracious professionalism!Being stranded is never fun. 220 miles from home at midnight? That's more like the stuff nightmares are made of!Josh and Nick, of Toledo Elite Automotive came to my aid. They not only arrived in a timely manner, they also took the time to check out my car on scene and offered to make repairs instead of leaving me to sit at a closed shop overnight.They were very kind and had this old woman back on the road in under an hour.I so appreciate their honest and fair practices and pricing. Best place in Toledo highly recommend they get parts in fast and cheap you can even pay for tow at the end of your service appointment if your vehicle is broke down so no need for payment on the spot it gets paid with the bill of your service you n the shop and everything they put in is warrantied.

I don't normally write reviews but my experience with Toledo Elite on my 2008 Escalade has been phenomenal. In the past two/three years I've had a starter replaced, shocks done, lower transmission lines replaced, gear shift cable replaced, brakes and calipers done. On one occasion the gear shift cable broke off the transmission at my physical therapy. They came out there and fixed it in the parking lot so I was able to drive it to there shop to get it fix properly. But last week the squeaking noise was unreal. I needed an idler pully and alternator. The thing was the parts store kept giving them a bad alternator so they ended up replacing it three time in the same day....read full review
