Incredible service! We misread our service date and showed up on the wrong date! Matt, knowing we had traveled 2 hours to be there, graciously fit us into their schedule to have our car serviced!! We had recently been to the Castleton location and had been very displeased with the service. But Dustin, here in Toledo, was awesome! Our issues were pretty subtle and difficult to duplicate in a simple test drive but Dustin did everything he could to diagnose the issue rather than write it off as nothing. Matt & Dustin were outstanding in my most recent service experience. I won't bore with the details of the service, but I will highlight that they were both incredibly professional & knowledgeable as we worked through a very specific issue I was having with my Y. Well done & I wouldn't hesitate to use this service center in the future. They really went above & beyond to make this a positive experience and solve the issue. Thank you to you both!
