Edit: Steer clear at all costs! Although I was lucky enough to get a roof, many others have not.Edit: A few friends have contracted Rite-on and haven't had anything but trouble. Dates keep slipping with no end in sight. Unfortunately due to the issues they are experiencing, I'm updating my review to 2 stars. Although I had a great experience, I can't in good conscience leave my previous 5 star review unedited.My wife and I had an unfortunate run in with insurance not wanting to renew our contract due to moss growth on the roof. DO NOT HIRE THEM OR GIVE THEM MONEYWe hired Rite-On roofing on July 12, 2022Mike (the owner) came out the same day.He “Promised” us he would start the work on our roof in 2-3 weeks and took his deposit.Well Today is September 29, 2022. After five phone calls + voicemails, and 7 emails from us still nothing from Mike. He responded to three emails but again nothing but false promises. After telling him that we will be bonded to take some legal actions he totally ghosted us. Took our money over year and half ago. Gave us start time frame of last September October time. Called said do to weather and other delays be April of 2022. Now here it is September of 2022. I have no siding. Everytime we have called. Its a excuse and another week out. Now he is not answering our calls or text. His cellphone is off. Fed up save yourself the hassle hire a better more reliable contractor. If it was possible wouldn't even give him a sigle star.
