We have been customers of Rettig for quite a while. We have always been pleased with the customer service and the quality of the repairs for our instruments (tenor sax and trombone)
Recently the Toledo store went above and beyond for a problem with our son's saxophone. Not only did they communicate well and give us two repair options with quotes, but they also went out of their way to coordinate and follow-up with the Defiance location to get his instrument repaired and back to us in time for his outdoor concert! Great staff and business!! Thank you Rettig Music!

The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. I had a ton of questions about a new instrument rental for my son, and they were a pleasure to work with. They have a fully stocked store with anything you may need.

Had my vintage saxophone repaired here after a local guy couldn't fix it. I was very pleased with their efforts and happy with the service. Rettig stores all communicate so your horn may end up in Defiance location. Been playing jazz sax for twenty five years so I've been a lot of places in different cities for repairs. Happy to have Rettig down the street
