I agree with all the other positive reviews for Reliable. Most service companies we have used in the past 15-20 years just do not measure up; they don't show up, arrive late, do not even try to act interested in the job, and often can't fix the problem. Fast to respond and solved problems four other plumbers could not figure out. I had a clog in my basement floor drain and other plumbers all said the floor needed to be demoed (after just having them epoxied) and the drain rebuilt. Reliable came out and was able to remove debris from the drain and clear the blockage without having to jack up the floor.
