When we found ourselves with no key fob for our Jeep, we reached out to Pro toledo locksmith. While Don did not have our fob available immediately he understood the situation and actually referred us to another locksmith. Thanks Don for putting the customer first!!!

I called on a Saturday looking for an a typical service to have my door altered to install a different kind of lock. While they didn't do what I was looking for, he was kind enough to tell me else who else in town might be able to help. I appreciate it greatly, he didn't have to go the extra mile to do that.
