In the past ten years I've been shopping here they have gotten much better in a few areas. They have a large selection of pet supplies but not always a good variety of choices especially in the aquatics department. Their Betta are just cruelly kept and cared for, there's always dead ones when I go there because they don't change the water and order way too many for way to high a price so they sit in their own waste water waiting to be rescued before they die of putrid waters. While they did clean up the freshwater aquariums and set them up much nicer, they still constantly have sick fish, I recommend any fish you purchase from this store that you take home and immediately...read full review

I would like to see cheaper prices, Although I know you need to see profit. I currently have a 4 or old German Shepherd long hair dog. I buy Blu dog food 30lb bag.
The store i visit is on Monroe St and Telmage St. In Toledo Ohio. I tell you this because I have neck issues and can no longer lift that bag on my own. Your staff at this store are fantastic! They not only lift the bag into the cart, they meet me up in the front of the store, get me checked out, and take it out to my vehicle. I have never received an attitude from anyone. Each person that has helped me has done so with a smile. You have some good people at this store!

The store itself is great, but the online inventory isn't always correct, and it can be frustrating when the company tries to force you to shop online for the 10% discount and then it doesn't work out. The people are awesome, I got my dog's vaccines here a while back and the folks doing that were wonderful as well. A very good price for the vaccines, too.
