The workman was very prompt and was thorough and meticulous about his work. He had some concerns about work that had been done years ago by others in our bathroom. I had a hard time understanding exactly what his concerns were and exactly how serious the concern was. Other than this minor issue we were thoroughly satisfied .
Ben removed & replaced a new toilet for me. He was very professional & friendly. Explained what he was doing. No problems & he cleaned everything up after he completed the job. Ott Plumming has my trust. When needed I will be calling on you again. Thank you Ben!
