This happened at the Toledo office on Laskey Road. I had a specific eye exam on Friday 12/8, then had an allergic reaction to the dye. I called 7 times since Sat morning 12/9, left 4 messages since Sat morning on the eye emergency line and spoke to someone who transferred me back to a voice mail. I still have not received a return call 4 days later. This caused me to have an ER visit and also a Urgent Care visit, both of them instructing me to follow up with the eye doctor. I sent an email to their main office in Indiana and still no response. 12/14/2023 UPDATE! My Doctor reached out to me Tuesday afternoon. She stated she had not known I was trying to reach her, but as soon as one of my messages were listened to, she was informed and personally called me. she scheduled an appointment immediately and stated she was letting management know there was an issue with communication. I have always liked my doctor at Midwest, and would highly recommend her. My issue was with the some office staff (At Laskey Rd office), who are reportedly fairly new and will be receiving additional instruction.
