Mr. Mays did what he wanted instead of listening to his customer. He often would tell one thing and then did something else. Seemingly he did things that were cheap and convenient for him. He said he would put in a railing that he then said he did not know how to do and told me to figure it out. He put in a retaining wall that in his absence his crew just put in dry bags of concrete, may be fine for small jobs not a retaining wall. Then he said it would be fine knowing mixing the concrete is what makes it cure the way it does. He asked for more money often even though we had an agreement on how much and when the pay outs would be. He said he was done with the concrete...read full review
