I applied for homestead Long time ago they still haven't processed it... I mean they need to get on it... Are these ones that are working from home or are they working in an office..

The Lucas County Auditor's Office has sure gone down hill with Katie Moline taking over. The employees are very disrespectful on the phones and Ms Moline believes she is too important to even speak to Lucas County residents one-on-one. Her Executive Secretary(why she needs one is beyond me) keeps her shielded from the real world and hearing about the failures of her department and employees. Never in the history of this office has it been in such a mess.

Every person that I talked to in that office was knowledgeable, and friendly. Had a hearing to reassess property taxes. I was in and out in 10 mins. Very professional and courteous.
