Inside Out Home Recreation is a friendly place to get products for your hot tub and pool. The knowledgeable staff, such as JJ and Joaquin, provide excellent customer service and valuable insights. They go out of their way to remember customers and their purchases, even replacing items under warranty. Over the years, customers have consistently received professional and helpful service.
I had a great experience buying my hot tub and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. From the start, the team was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Cullen took the time to walk me through different options without any pressure, making sure I found something that fit both my space and budget. I was even able to test the tub after hours in the store.
What really stood out was the support after the purchase. As a first-time hot tub owner, I had a lot of questions about water care and maintenance, and Cullen was incredibly helpful. We bought a hot tub here. Im really happy with the post purchase support ive received from them. They were great with coordinating the delivery and making sure everything was the way that we wanted, it was really easy. After the sale the level of support weve received to make sure we know what we are doing to keep the hot tub and the water great has been fantastic, I call them quite often with questions and they are always very helpful.
We had an emergency with a pool part today. Inside Out Home Recreation was AMAZING in helping us solve the problem. Great service from the manager Collin and from Zach & Espen (& one young lady who was also helpful). We are very appreciative of the teamwork we saw today and the quality of the customer care! We've been going to Inside Out & will continue to do so. We highly recommend this business.
