Home instead Is a great place to work. I love the office staff they are always there when you need them. I haven't had any complaints about anyone that works in the office. I love working with the clients, helping them to be home. i always feel good knowing I'm able to help others. I wish I'd did this year's ago, the good thing is I'm here now. Home Instead have flexible hours, and work with you on things you may have going on. it's been a great pleasure for me to have met everyone at the central location in Toledo Ohio I would love to be a part of the office staff and help the clients. i want to help all our clients and can't be there for them all there not enough hours in the day for me to do that. Thanks to the home instead team for giving me the opportunity to work for the company and the clients, I've been enjoying every moment. I love you guys and hopefully something can be set up for the carepro to meet each other one day.
I love my job and the work I do, this is the field I always wanted to be in. The pay could be better though even if its shift based. They have a good ability to work with your hours and around other things you may already have going on. The only real issue I have with this job is the communication. Sometimes it's good and other times it's not. You can get good hours to. You don't get breaks if you work long shifts either.
They treat you like Family. This as been the best move that I have made. They take the time to Train you before you go out in to the field. There here when you need them and just a phone call away. I have been so great full for the opportunity to work for such a Amazing company.
