Cassidy was professional and read what type of haircut I normally get and verified it with me.My haircut is one of the worst cuts I have ever received,. I'm not sure if she knows exactly how to blend hair to even the transition or if she lacks the tools to do this correctly. She didn't have thinning shears which aren't required for blending hair but helps the less experienced barber to achieve a satisfactory blend. Instead she kept cutting away at my hair until I had a very uneven cut on both sides of my head with gouges cut out.I paid for my haircut and gave Casdidy a $2 tip because I do not believe she was intentionally giving me a bad haircut.I recommend that full review

Went to get a haircut, eta 45 minutes, got a text saying it was nearly my turn but never received a message that I was up, and I was skipped over. Thanks for wasting my time. This is the only bad experience I've had at this location however, but still unacceptable.

I would NOT recommend the Suder Ave location after myself and my grandsons went for a cut and weren't allowed in together. The part that infuriated me was they suggested I leave a five year old in the car by himself while I got my haircut!
