Brian came out today to do a basic cleanout of the drain next to my driveway. He basically pulled Swamp Thing out of the drain (it was a little terrifying), and did it quickly! He showed up promptly as scheduled, worked quickly and efficiently, and didn't try to convince me to purchase anything I didn't need. I really appreciated not being pressured. (REALLY!)
Also, shout out to Amber for being so sweet and communicative!
I'm putting you in my "these are the people we call" file. This was easily the smoothest plumbing transaction I've ever had, I couldn't possibly be more pleased.

I needed service on a Saturday morning and Drain Doctor responded immediately. Jacob - the tech that responded was very nice and very professional. He got right to it and solved the problem. Very happy with Drain Doctor and will call them in the future.

I called today at 5:00 p.m. figuring I would have to schedule an appointment. But when I called, I was immediately taken care of. The receptionist, was very nice and personable. She said I can have someone there by 6:00, one hour. Best customer service. Two nice guys came, by 6:00 and they were very nice and informative. They were here less than an hour and fixed the issue. If I were to suggest something, I think that they should have shoe covers. I have new carpet and it's raining? But they, did a great job, not tracking in mud all over my carpet. I would recommend this company, to my family and friends. I even got a $50 discount.
