Brian came out today to do a basic cleanout of the drain next to my driveway. He basically pulled Swamp Thing out of the drain (it was a little terrifying), and did it quickly! He showed up promptly as scheduled, worked quickly and efficiently, and didn't try to convince me to purchase anything I didn't need. I really appreciated not being pressured. (REALLY!) Also, shout out to Amber for being so sweet and communicative! I'm putting you in my "these are the people we call" file. This was easily the smoothest plumbing transaction I've ever had, I couldn't possibly be more pleased.
