I dropped my computer and it had one crack but it was touch screen and the crack was enough to make my computer unusable because I had no way to control the mouse to even shut that setting off. It was a pretty expensive screen since it was touch screen and they gave me an amazing deal just being nice. The man that was working was very friendly. I don't know if he's the owner but it seemed like he could be. This was three years ago but if I ever need an electronic repaired again I wouldn't go anywhere else but here.
I find their prices reasonable, most of the cost was actually the software I had installed) and they rebuilt my tower in only a couple business days. The employees were super personable and gave good details in explanations. They also gave options depending on needs and costs. All in all a good experience. This was the Toledo store on Central and Holland Sylvania.
I've been seeing straight up nasty comments about this place. Computer Discount is not bad, if there's a problem they have always fixed it for me. They've built multiple PCs for me and I've honestly never had a problem. Not all problems can be fixed, and I think that's what people aren't realizing. They don't work on chrome books which is understandable since they are terrible machines. All in all they're not miracle workers. The only thing I can really say that they can improve on is having like classes to show how computers actually work and more tech machine. I've seen their back room a couple times and they should have more. 4/5!
