I absolutely hate making phone calls to schedule appointments. I hate playing phone tag, I hate haggling with the prices. I was so relieved to see that Clearview had their prices online and I was able to schedule online. I originally wasn't going to be at the inspection and was just going to have my neighbor there for it. I'm so glad I changed my mind because my inspector spent a lot of time explaining the report to me. If I would have just received this in the email I think I would have had a heartache. He explained it and explained where I need to go to get things fixed or checked out more. I called a few places in the area and he was reasonably priced too

Clearview was great to work with. Inspector did a fantastic and thorough job on our new home and helped us to find some issues before closing that saved us an additional $16,000!I would highly recommend. Attention to detail was greatly appreciated!

They were very thorough while doing the inspection and had good prices compared to the other agencies that I called. He explained everything in detail and helped me figure out the next steps for after I purchased my new house. Very detailed report
